Avon Products announced it has elected Charles H. Noski to its Board of Directors.

“We are pleased to welcome Chuck to Avon’s Board,” said Andrea Jung, executive chairman, Avon Products, Inc. “An accomplished executive with extensive senior leadership background, he has a wealth of experience that will benefit the company as we work toward a turnaround.”

Avon’s lead independent director Fred Hassan commented, “Chuck’s significant board experience coupled with his CFO roles at major global corporations enables him to provide valuable expertise as we continue to take steps to move the business forward and deliver value to our shareholders.”

In addition to his role on Avon’s Board, Noski is a director of Avery Dennison Corporation and Microsoft Corporation. Prior, Noski served as Vice Chairman of Bank of America Corporation.
